Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate corporate and commercial real estate agreements including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents
- Conduct and oversee due diligence for corporate and real estate transactions
- Advise clients on transactional structure and risk management issues
- Collaborate with partners and other associates on complex transactions
- Manage matters efficiently while maintaining high-quality client service
Key requirements
- Massachusetts Bar admission or ability to waive in
- Three years of experience handling corporate and real estate transactional matters
- Experience with commercial purchase and sale agreements, leasing, and financing transactions
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work directly with clients
