In this role you will align the company’s tax structure with strategic objectives and ensure compliance across countries. You’ll develop internal controls, lead tax-related POC initiatives, and identify opportunities to optimise the tax burden. You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a bridge to external advisors, shaping the tax function to support growth in a global, innovative organisation.

Responsibilities

Align tax structure with company objectives and strategy
Maintain tax policies compliant with current country legislation
Develop and maintain internal tax compliance controls
Participate in strategic POC projects related to taxation
Identify and implement opportunities to optimise tax burden
Build relationships with stakeholders and liaise with external advisors
Set and review team objectives to achieve operational results

Key requirements

Higher education in Law, Economics, or related field with taxation specialization
In-depth knowledge of international and local tax regulations relevant to the sector
Proven experience in managing teams and global tax projects
Strong analytical skills and ability to make strategic decisions
Professional-level proficiency in English
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
