In this role, you support the B2B Retail Sales team with hands-on operations and project management across sourcing, planning, logistics, and care center. You will drive timelines, maintain playbooks, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure on-time delivery and efficient issue handling. The position offers engagement with multiple stakeholders and exposure to process improvements within a multi-brand retail environment. You will work to optimize inventory and quotations while supporting escalations and pipeline reviews.

Responsibilities

Support territory-specific pipeline of business with retail account executives
Update inventory playbooks and audit quotes prior to order placement
Track project status at item level using Excel and WSI systems to meet delivery timelines
Provide updates to Planning, Care Center, and Logistics on project details
Coordinate with Care Center and Logistics on quotes, revisions, payments, orders, and playbooks
Assist Care Center with triage plans for customer escalations
Participate in account executive pipeline sales reviews
Execute stock checks and suggest alternates with Planning team
