Responsibilities

Champion institutional advocacy to support formulary adoption and appropriate product use
Build and maintain senior-level relationships across priority accounts and affiliated health systems
Design and execute strategic key-account plans with measurable outcomes
Lead short- and long-term KOL engagement plans
Identify evidence gaps through thought leader discussions and education
Coordinate with administrative, clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders to streamline care pathways
Inform strategic decisions with market dynamics and reimbursement insights
Lead cross-functional teams to align strategies and update business plans
Conduct needs assessments to drive innovative solutions and new business opportunities

Key requirements

Bachelor’s degree
8+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similar with large, dispersed sales teams
2+ years in project management and strategy execution
3+ years managing complex accounts (academic centers, hospitals)
Recent US experience with understanding of healthcare ecosystems
Strong cross-functional knowledge, business acumen, and digital engagement proficiency
Ability to travel 60-80% and reside within territory or 100 miles of territory border
Valid driver’s license
