Associate Account Manager

In this role you support Account Managers by delivering courteous client service and maintaining knowledge of insurance services. You act as a primary contact for simpler clients, help inform coverage strategy, and handle routine tasks to keep client workflows smooth. You engage with insurers, complete policy-related documents, and resolve billing or invoicing questions under supervision. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to grow toward greater autonomy in account management within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
