In this role, you support both customer service and property maintenance to ensure a well-run facility. You work with the team to deliver 5-Star service, develop client relationships, and meet leasing and sales targets. You’ll perform on-site duties, guide customers through storage options, and maintain a clean, safe storage environment. Responsibilities

Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and offering suitable solutions
Meet monthly sales goals and performance metrics
Show units, conduct property tours, and manage leasing process
Process payments using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle daily bank deposits
Provide courtesy calls regarding late payments and maintain accounts
Perform property maintenance tasks (cleaning, light repairs, landscaping, safety checks)
Maintain clean, safe facilities and ensure grounds, restrooms, and common areas meet guidelines
Assist in scheduling and coordinating team efforts for property operations
Walk the property to verify lock checks and security across units
Open/close storage doors and support general on-site operations

Key requirements

Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people
Experience delivering quality customer service to diverse clients
Basic computer skills
Ability to work Saturdays (and some locations Sundays)
Valid driver’s license and insurance with reliable transportation
Physical ability to perform on-site duties (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, etc.)
Note: some locations may require Sunday hours
