In this role you support the property’s success by delivering stellar customer service while handling daily leasing and maintenance tasks. You will build rapport with customers, meet sales goals, and manage payments and operations to maintain a safe, clean facility. You’ll work with a team to ensure a high-quality, WOW!-level experience for tenants and drive property performance. This position offers growth within a collaborative, values-driven company.

Responsibilities

Develop customer relationships and identify self-storage needs to provide solutions
Meet monthly sales goals and metrics
Greet customers, show units, and manage the leasing process
Process payments using the POS system and complete daily bank deposits
Perform property walks for lock checks and unit showings
Keep the facility clean and safe (restrooms, landscaping, lighting, doors)
Open/close storage doors and handle light maintenance tasks
Support team with tasks and ensure high service levels

Key requirements

Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people
Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse client base
Basic computer skills
Ability to work Saturdays
Valid driver’s license and insurance, reliable transportation
Physical ability to stand, walk, and perform light duties (up to 50 lbs)
Some locations require Sunday hours
