In this role you will help manage and maintain CubeSmart properties, delivering 5‑Star service to customers while meeting leasing and sales goals. You’ll balance customer interactions with hands‑on property maintenance to ensure a clean, safe, and well-running facility. You work both independently and with a team to rent spaces, process payments, and support daily operations. This position offers growth within a customer‑focused, collaborative culture that values belonging and making a difference.

Responsibilities
- Develop customer relationships and identify storage needs to provide appropriate solutions
- Interact face‑to‑face with customers, deliver excellent service, and build rapport
- Meet monthly sales goals and metrics
- Show units, process leasing, sell store merchandise, and manage POS transactions
- Handle daily bank deposits and follow up on late payments
- Perform property walks for lock checks and general maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the facility (restrooms, landscaping, lighting, doors)
- Open/close storage doors and perform light maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and safety standards
Key requirements
- Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people
- Experience in delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse customer base
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Valid driver’s license and insurance with reliable transportation
- Physical ability to stand, sit, kneel, bend, and climb as needed
- Some locations may require Sunday hours
