In this role you support CubeSmart’s mission by managing both customer-facing service and property upkeep. You will cultivate customer relationships, drive leasing and sales, and ensure a clean, safe facility. You’ll work with a team to meet monthly targets while maintaining high service standards. This role offers growth through hands-on property management in a supportive, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

Develop customer relationships and deliver 5-Star service to identify self-storage needs
Interact with customers face-to-face, build rapport, and meet monthly sales goals
Rent storage units, sell merchandise, manage leasing, and process payments via POS
Complete daily banking deposits and perform courtesy calls about late payments
Conduct property walks and lock checks; show units to customers
Perform property maintenance tasks including cleaning, upkeep, lighting, and light repairs
Maintain a clean and safe facility (restrooms, landscaping, paving, fences, doors) and ensure compliance with company guidelines
Operate doors (opening/closing) and handle physical tasks (up to 50 lbs)
Work both independently and as part of a team to support store operations and maintenance
Stand, sit, kneel, bend, climb, and balance as part of daily duties

Key requirements

Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people
Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse market
Basic computer skills
Ability to work Saturdays
Valid driver's license and insurance with reliable transportation
Physical ability to perform daily duties (standing, walking, bending, climbing)
Some locations may require Sunday hours
