Responsibilities

Craft custom math plans and reassess students while updating parents
Handle inquiries and cover Center Director absences to ensure seamless operations
Monitor floor quality, train tutors, and analyze reports for improvements
Manage curriculum, parents, and team performance to hit center goals
Support coordination and communication with families and staff

Key requirements

Math skills through Algebra I
Full-time availability (M-Th, F/Sa 30-35 hrs)
Passion for kids and teams; customer-focused leader
Background check clearance
Bonus: experience in parent communications or team management
