Experteer Overview
As a PRN Intake Counselor, you assess and interview potential patients and inquiry callers under supervision to determine admission suitability. You collaborate with the Business Office on financial data and with the UR Department for patient certification, while also initiating referrals and communicating with referral sources. This role sits within Admissions, supporting the facility’s mission to provide coordinated behavioral health and addiction services.
