In this role, you will lead the Priority Banking Centre to grow AUM and Investment & Insurance Revenue, aligning with the bank’s Retail Wealth Management strategy. You will steer strategic planning, sales enablement and partnerships with other segments to drive growth and client engagement. The position involves building a strong, compliant and high-performing team while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will shape local presence and contribute to the bank’s Digital-at-the-Core transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan and lead Priority Banking initiatives to grow AUM and I&Rev
  • Manage day-to-day PBC operations for efficiency and profit maximization
  • Develop and execute structured sales plans based on resources and market intelligence
  • Create a service model focusing on people, process, and community presence
  • Engage existing customers and prospects through joint sales calls with RMs
  • Foster teamwork and strong stakeholder relationships
  • Ensure AML, SC Guidelines, andFNSL compliance across PBC
  • Hire and develop PBC staff to build a strong team
  • Lead acquisition, referral, and upgrading strategies for Priority Banking customers
  • Guide RMs to meet KRAs and revenue targets
  • Coach staff to ensure training, licensing, and excellent customer experience
  • Collaborate with branch and business banking to solicit high-net-worth referrals
  • Contribute to Retail Wealth Management strategy and overall PBC targets
  • Oversee PBC audit and regulatory compliance in line with bank policies

Key requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Banking/Investment/Finance or related field
  • Relevant certifications and licenses in Investment and Bancassurance
  • At least 10 years in a financial institution
  • At least 3–5 years in managing HNW banking and wealth management sales
  • Excellent commercial acumen, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership to manage a large, diverse team
  • Ability to make independent decisions with minimal supervision
  • High motivation and results orientation
  • Experience developing young talent in wealth management
