Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Epic (Grand Central and Prelude) to meet organizational needs
- Analyze and optimize healthcare workflows for efficient Epic usage
- Collaborate with clinicians, administrators, and IT to gather requirements and educate on best practices
- Advocate for the patient experience in all actions and decisions
- Promote internal process improvements and share best practices
Key requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Epic Grand Central and Prelude certification preferred
- Experience with Epic modules (Prelude, Cadence, Utilization Reports & Analytics) and integrations
- Healthcare or hospital/health system experience
- Strong communication, attention to detail, ability to work independently
