In this role you will support the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation, focusing on Finance and Procurement modules. You’ll provide Level 2–3 application support, configure and fine-tune FI and P2P processes, and manage user access and release activities. You will coordinate integrations with external systems and contribute to governance and documentation. This position combines hands-on support with cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid setup out of Secaucus, NJ.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Finance (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO) and Procurement (P2P, Purchasing, Inventory Management)
Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud performance and jobs; manage background jobs
Assist Finance with in-application configuration and change-request based tuning
Create and manage user accounts, roles, and access controls within SAP tools
Support semi-annual release adoption, including regression testing and business continuity
Oversee integration points between SAP S/4HANA and external procurement/invoice systems; coordinate API and iFlow integrations via SAP BTP
Maintain system governance, security, testing, release management, and documentation
Develop documentation and training materials; enable end-user knowledge transfer
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and comply with hybrid work policies and office presence requirements
Lead Procure-to-Pay stabilization and optimization for new deployments, aligning with standard S/4HANA Cloud capabilities

Key requirements

4-6 years hands-on SAP ERP experience
At least 2 years supporting SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (or Private Cloud)
Deep FI knowledge (GL, AP/AR, AA, CO)
Strong knowledge of SAP Sourcing & Procurement (MM/P2P) in S/4HANA
Experience with SaaS S/4HANA Public Cloud, in-app extensibility and configuration tools
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve end-to-end incidents
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
