In this role you help protect ASML’s digital and physical assets by shaping application and infrastructure security across on-premises and cloud environments. You work in the Second Line Security organization, translating policies into concrete technical expectations and evaluating implementations. You’ll define security controls for IT solutions, test effectiveness, and support security compliance advisory services. This role offers broad impact across teams as you help secure critical systems at scale.

Responsibilities

Define and implement security controls for new and existing IT solutions
Advise technical teams on security policies, requirements, and controls
Perform in-depth security assessments to verify IT security requirements
Translate high-level security requirements into concrete technical expectations
Assure coverage of security requirements within policies and standards
Contribute to testing and monitoring of the Security Controls Framework (including deviations)
Support security compliance advisory and consultancy services

Key requirements

5+ years of security management experience at enterprise level
Strong technical understanding of current security technologies
Knowledge of IT risk/security frameworks (NIST CSF, ISF SOGP, NIST SP 800-30, ISO 27001/2)
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP and/or CISA appreciated
IT audit experience appreciated
