Experteer Overview
In this role you support and enhance TUHS applications, focusing on Epic Prelude and Cadence. You’ll apply vendor releases, test upgrades, fix defects, and analyze the technical and functional aspects to define system requirements and data models. You will educate cross-functional teams, follow change-management processes, and document and communicate application changes. You’ll work on-site three days a week to collaborate with stakeholders and drive reliable clinical IT solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support and enhance TUHS applications, including Epic Prelude/Cadence
- Test and apply vendor releases and system upgrades; address defects
- Analyze technical and functional aspects; define system requirements and data models
- Educate cross-functional teams and stakeholders on system functionality
- Adhere to change management procedures; thoroughly document applications
- Communicate all application changes to internal department teams
Key requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- 2 years experience in a related role (preferred)
- General experience and knowledge of hardware configurations, database management tools, and query language (required)
- Experience in Healthcare IT (preferred)
- Proficient ability to troubleshoot, research, and solve complex problems (required)
