In this role you will support and enhance TUHS Epic PB applications, manage feature requests, and test vendor releases and system upgrades. You will analyze both technical and functional aspects, define system requirements, and develop logical data models. You will educate cross-functional teams on functionality, follow change-management procedures, and thoroughly document changes and communications. This position combines hands-on IT support with collaboration to improve healthcare IT outcomes.

Responsibilities

Support and enhance TUHS Epic PB applications
Test vendor releases and system upgrades; address defects
Analyze technical and functional aspects; define system requirements
Develop logical data models
Educate cross-functional teams and stakeholders on system functionality
Adhere to change management procedures and thoroughly document applications
Communicate all application changes to internal department teams

Key requirements

2 years experience in related role
proficient ability to troubleshoot, research, and solve complex problems
knowledge of hardware configurations, database management tools, and query language
Experience in Healthcare IT preferred
