Compensation / Benefits

$500k – $535k total compensation
Medical Director Stipend
W-2 or 1099 employment models available
$50k commencement bonus
10 weeks of scheduled time off
flexible full-time schedule

Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership empowering CRNAs and anesthesiologists to work at the top of their licenses
Oversee departmental operations, staffing, and scheduling with fairness and flexibility
Partner with hospital and nursing leadership to uphold patient safety and quality standards
Support continuing education, mentorship, and professional development for all anesthesia providers
Collaborate on policies and best practices related to anesthesia care, airway management, and perioperative safety

Key requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist
Authorized to work in the United States
Leadership experience preferred, but a collaborative mindset and respect for the care-team model are essential
