In this Finance Transformation role, you drive end-to-end EPM engagements using Anaplan and related platforms to deliver strategic finance solutions. You’ll manage executive sponsor relationships, oversee multi-workstream delivery, and shape opportunities from strategy through deployment. You’ll coach teams, establish delivery standards, and coordinate across data, integrations, and UX. This position offers the opportunity to lead impactful finance transformations with AI-enabled insights and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end EPM engagements with Anaplan and other platforms from strategy to sustainment
- Manage executive stakeholder relationships and provide status, risk, and value updates to sponsors
- Oversee multi-workstream delivery including requirements, design, prototyping, testing, training, and go-live support
- Drive business development through shaping opportunities, leading pursuits, and contributing to proposals and pricing
- Develop and coach high-performing teams and manage talent recruitment and retention
- Establish delivery standards and troubleshoot complex solution issues across integrations, data, APIs, and custom development
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years hands-on EPM implementation with Anaplan, Hyperion Planning, HFM, PBCS/ePBCS, or OneStream
- 10+ years in consulting or finance transformation/finance systems
- 4+ years leading multi-workstream delivery and change initiatives
- Experience owning project budgets, estimating, tracking, and variance management
- Progressive client-facing leadership and delivery ownership
- Ability to travel 25–50%
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
