As an Analyst or Senior Analyst in Deloitte’s Legal Engineering team, you contribute to designing, building and deploying AI-enabled legal technology solutions. You will work across legal operations, technology build and change management to improve how legal work is done. You’ll gain exposure to workflows, implementation, and user adoption while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. This role offers hands-on development in GenAI tools and a path to grow your technical and consulting capabilities within a global firm.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design, build and testing of AI-enabled legal technology solutions for law firms and in-house legal departments
  • Analyze and map legal processes to identify AI value and friction points
  • Assist in delivery of training and enablement activities to boost adoption of AI-powered tools
  • Contribute to documentation and scaling of proven approaches on engagements
  • Work within diverse teams and contribute to the growth of the Legal Engineering practice
  • Take ownership of tasks and produce accurate outputs under guidance
  • Assist with build, testing and documentation of AI-enabled solutions, prompts and workflows
  • Support preparation and delivery of training sessions and demos for legal teams
  • Communicate work clearly and capture key actions and themes in meeting summaries
  • Use core tools (PowerPoint, Excel, PairD, Legora) to deliver outputs
  • Contribute to proposals and bid materials as part of a team
  • Engage with the Legal Engineering community and expand network
  • Possibly engage in internships or related study in law, CS, data science or related disciplines
  • Demonstrate openness to GenAI, prompt engineering and workflow tools and a proactive, self-directed mindset
  • Show strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent written/verbal communication

  • Exposure to legal, technology or analytical environments via internships or related study
  • Tech-curious with willingness to develop GenAI and workflow tool skills
  • Structured, proactive, and self-directed in ambiguous situations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to surface insights
  • Excellent communication skills with professional writing and presentation style
