In this role you will contribute to the Legal Engineering practice, bridging law, technology and change management to transform how legal work is delivered. You’ll work across design, build, test and adoption of AI-enabled legal technology for law firms and corporate legal teams. You will gain exposure to workflow analysis, solution development and user enablement, helping clients realise value from GenAI-driven tools. You’ll operate within diverse teams, growing technical and legal process understanding while contributing to scalable practice knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Assist design, build and testing of AI-enabled legal tech solutions for law firms and in-house teams
- Analyze and map legal processes to identify AI value and friction points
- Support training and enablement activities to build adoption and confidence in AI tools
- Contribute to documentation of engagement learnings to scale proven approaches
- Join diverse, inclusive teams and support the growth of the Legal Engineering practice
- Take ownership of tasks and deliver accurate outputs under guidance
- Assist with build, testing, and documentation of AI workflows and prompts
- Support delivery of training sessions and demos for legal teams under supervision
- Communicate work clearly and provide concise meeting summaries
- Use PowerPoint, Excel, PairD and Legora for outputs
- Contribute to proposals and bid materials as part of a team
- Be an active member of the Legal Engineering community and grow your network
- Some exposure to legal, tech or analytical environments through internships or related studies
- Be tech-curious with a willingness to develop GenAI and workflow skills
- Demonstrate proactive, self-directed approach early in your career
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with clear insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional style
