In this role you will support the end-to-end execution of commercial real estate transactions, performing financial underwriting, market research, and deal coordination. You will work closely with senior producers and clients in a fast-paced, collaborative setting, gaining exposure to all property types and contributing to a leading investment sales platform. Responsibilities
- Conduct complex financial modeling and underwriting for CRE transactions using market data and proprietary analytics
- Prepare investment sales packages including offering memorandums and executive summaries for client presentations
- Manage due diligence processes and drive marketing efforts from listing through closing
- Analyze real estate documents (leases, loan agreements, appraisals) to identify issues and opportunities
- Research financing alternatives and investment strategies to present to producers and clients
- Participate in client meetings, property tours, and industry events to build networks and support business development
- Attend weekly team meetings to discuss deal pipeline, market conditions, and new client opportunities
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives with senior producers and cross-functional teams
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in mortgage banking or CRE
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with strong financial modeling capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional interaction with C-level executives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data
- Self-motivated with strong time management and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
- Willingness to work in-person in a collaborative office environment
