In this role you support the creation and optimization of supply and production plans for Xfinity Mobile products, ensuring inventories meet sales needs. You will analyze data in planning systems, monitor KPIs, and identify risks across the supply chain. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, implement process improvements, and support NPIs. This role blends analytics, planning, and vendor coordination to enable faster time-to-market and better customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

Prepare and monitor demand and supply inputs (forward and reverse logistics) and identify risks to leadership
Track inventory levels across the supply chain and flag potential service level issues
Analyze system data to identify trends and drive process improvements
Adhere to master data management policies for accurate information
Develop KPI reports to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Coordinate with BI/Analytics team to develop reports, dashboards, and interfaces
Place orders for Xfinity Mobile products and ensure on-time delivery
Manage small performance improvement projects to boost inventory management
Collaborate with stakeholders on 3rd party logistics and vendor management
Support NPI processes and scalable planning to speed time-to-market
Mentor junior analysts and manage conflicting priorities
Possess ERP proficiency or the ability to learn new systems quickly
Exercise independent judgment in significant matters
Maintain regular attendance and be available for nights/weekends as needed
Contribute to a customer-focused culture and continuous improvement in operations

Key requirements

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
2-5 years of relevant work experience
Advanced working knowledge of ERP systems or ability to learn quickly
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Experience with inventory management and supply planning
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration
Understanding of NPI processes and vendor management
Mentoring junior staff
Availability for non-standard hours as needed
