Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, high-value sales negotiations and strategic deal structuring across Americas markets to close multi-million-dollar opportunities
  • Design and execute advanced sales strategies and commercial valuation frameworks with P&L accountability
  • Drive negotiations with C-suite and senior decision-makers to identify, structure, and close transformational growth deals
  • Manage high-stakes contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and long-term client partnerships
  • Conduct market analysis, competitive positioning, and opportunity assessment to identify new revenue opportunities in credit risk management and fintech
  • Orchestrate annual business planning, territory optimization, and resource allocation to maximize sales performance

Key requirements

  • Bachelor degree with 10+ years in senior sales leadership, complex deal negotiations, business development, or commercial strategy
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with proven success in closing complex enterprise deals in financial services or technology
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
  • Global sales experience with cross-cultural negotiation across multiple jurisdictions
  • Experience with digital transformation sales, technology-enabled commercial solutions, and consultative/value-based selling
  • Deep expertise in credit risk management, financial markets, or regulatory compliance with strong industry relationships
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), deal management software, and financial analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
