In this role, you will lead data-centric initiatives for the Alternatives Investment unit, shaping data strategy and governance to improve operations and insights. You will partner across functions to align data design with business needs and drive efficiency through analytics delivery. You’ll oversee a transformative program to establish authoritative data sets and future operating models for data across Alternatives products. Responsibilities

Define and execute the Alternatives data strategy in partnership with cross-functional leaders
Collaborate with Finance, Product, Technology and Global Delivery to improve data operations and governance
Lead the Run-the-Bank program to enhance production data controls, deployments, and day-to-day data deliverables
Drive Change-the-Bank efforts to publish authoritative data sets and establish future state operating models
Establish data supply chain roles, responsibilities, and controls; manage exceptions handling
Champion data strategy alignment with enterprise data strategy and promote data-driven decision making
Set and monitor KPIs to measure solution effectiveness and data process efficiency
Develop internal talent and resources to sustain the data program
Communicate with senior management to secure buy-in and drive execution

Key requirements

15+ years in Data Design and Management with demonstrated data architecture design and governance experience in finance
Core competency in Process Re-engineering with hands-on process capture, redesign, and execution
Proven team leadership and strategy delivery for a solution delivery team
Project management experience delivering large programs with cross-functional collaboration
Strong communication and executive presence to influence partners and secure buy-in
Ability to translate complex data/process concepts into strategic terms for senior leadership
Collaborative mindset to work across organizations and align cross-program priorities
Strong analytical skills (qualitative and quantitative)
