AI Transformation Lead

In this AI Transformation Lead role, you will identify, build, validate, and scale AI-powered product solutions that deliver real customer and business outcomes. You work hands-on and are AI-first, building working solutions directly with customers and iterating based on real-world feedback. You embed with internal teams to automate workflows and deploy agents that replace manual tasks. You own customer discovery, validation, prioritization, measurable impact, and internal automation leadership, going beyond traditional backlog or handoff-based product roles.
