Senior Specialist / Project Manager

In this role, you will lead end-to-end AI initiatives within a luxury maison, bridging business needs with technical execution. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver impactful AI/use-case solutions that support strategic goals. You’ll translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders and nurture the AI community within the company. Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end AI solutions from planning to delivery, coordinating stakeholders and external consultants
Act as the primary AI liaison between technical teams and business units to build strategic partnerships
Translate complex concepts into actionable insights and guide training for non-technical audiences
Design, develop, deploy and maintain AI/ML models, AI agents and GenAI-powered applications using appropriate technologies
Animate and grow the AI VCA community within the organization

Key requirements

Relevant experience in AI project development
Strong project management expertise
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Business-oriented, able to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
Team player with a collaborative mindset
Strong technical skills: Python, SQL, ML/AI frameworks, GenAI with LLMs, cloud platform delivery
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, results-oriented and self-initiating
English fluency; French a plus
