In this role you lead the design, development and deployment of Agentic AI solutions to streamline business workflows. You work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements, stay current on Generative AI advancements, and optimize solutions for performance. You’ll guide colleagues, communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders, and contribute to pre-sales efforts and client engagements. This position sits at the intersection of innovation and business impact, shaping AI capabilities that drive insights and transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of state-of-the-art Agentic AI solutions to automate business workflows and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and challenges
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Generative AI
- Optimize and fine-tune existing Generative AI solutions to enhance performance
- Provide technical guidance and support to experienced team members, promoting knowledge sharing
- Communicate complex concepts and findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders through documentation and presentations
- Fully immersed in commercial goals and pre-sales activities, showcasing our technical capacities
- Ensure quality deliverables in proposals
- Maintain and grow clientele, stakeholder management and project management
- Stay informed about industry trends, and emerging technologies related to AI
Key requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI models, recent years focused on Generative and Agentic AI
- Experience in consulting industry
- Preferably familiar with finance domain
- Proven track record of delivering complex Generative and Agentic AI projects and generating actionable insights from large-scale datasets
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex concepts to stakeholders
- A portfolio showcasing successful AI projects or research papers is highly desirable
