In this role you will steer the enterprise AI platform, shaping architecture and governance to industrialize AI capabilities across a global organization. You will lead a cross-functional team to deliver scalable ML/LLM solutions, ensure security and data integrity, and set MLOps/LLMOps standards. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role at a stable, global industry leader where AI drives product and process improvements. You’ll partner with IT, security, and business units to scale AI responsibly and ethically.

Responsibilities

  • Define the technical roadmap for the enterprise AI platform (Azure ML, Databricks) and design scalable frameworks for LLMs, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics
  • Ensure robust integration of AI solutions within the global IT landscape, security, and data infrastructure
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of Data Scientists and AI/ML Engineers, fostering technical excellence
  • Establish enterprise MLOps/LLMOps standards, ensure ethical AI/data privacy compliance, and coordinate resource allocation for global projects

Key requirements

  • 8+ years in IT/Engineering with proven leadership in AI, ML, or data-driven platforms
  • Strong expertise in enterprise AI environments (Azure ML, Azure Databricks) and production MLOps/LLMOps
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure, data platforms, networking, and security integration
  • Experience managing technical teams and navigating matrixed, multinational organizations
  • Professional fluency in English (French is a strong plus)
