As AI Learning Specialist at Colgate-Palmolive, you shape how thousands of employees adopt AI and scale the AI Ambassador network. You’ll design the learning roadmap and lead cross-functional enablement, aligning AI initiatives with business value. You’ll translate complex AI concepts into approachable content and drive global communication and engagement. This role combines learning design, change management, and strategic storytelling to accelerate AI maturity across the organization.

Responsibilities

Own the AI narrative and non-technical communications globally
Design and manage the global AI communication plan with Corporate Communications
Translate usage metrics into business value stories and showcase program impact
Equip and enable the Global AI Leadership Team with ready-to-use materials
Scale the AI Ambassador network and define community engagement strategy
Develop core training assets and Train-the-Trainer frameworks
Coordinate with external Change & Learning consultants to produce high-volume assets
Manage DataCamp rollout, curate role-based learning paths, and drive gamification
Quality-control learning materials to align with Colgate culture and priorities
Own outcomes of Hackathons and AI programs, ensuring business value is demonstrated

Key requirements

Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Business, Organizational Psychology, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field
4+ years in Change Management, Internal Communications, Learning & Development, or similar
Preferred: PMP or AI/Learning Design/Change Management certifications
Strong hands-on skills with latest AI technologies and frontier models
Strategic communicator capable of engaging technical stakeholders and executives
Vendor management experience directing external agencies or consultants
