Experteer Overview
In this role you will help turn teams into high-performing units by deploying Agile methods and guiding leaders across the organization. You will work with the Agile Team to advance agility, learning, and collaboration, shaping how we deliver customer-centric products and value. You’ll coach across product, tech, and business areas, driving change at scale while embracing new approaches. This is a hands-on opportunity to influence strategy, governance, and execution in a hybrid, multi-city setup.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other Agile Coaches to develop a unified agile strategy and cross-area collaboration frameworks to enable organizational evolution
- Guide executives, business units, and technology teams on change management and implementing Agile principles and values
- Empower teams to make data-driven decisions, improve communication, and prioritize initiatives to maximise impact and align with strategic goals
- Design and support deployment of the eDOs development approach to optimise resources and deliver customer-centric products and services
- Provide Agile coaching and training to Product Owners, Dev Teams, and broader business, including Kanban coaching
- Expose product and technology teams to Lean, Kanban, and other agile thinking to foster experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement
- Create, build, and facilitate customized workshops and training sessions
Key requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in technology organizations with Agile/Kanban coaching
- Deep knowledge of Agile principles and ability to transfer understanding at all levels
- Results-driven with ability to execute and embed Agile practices
- Consulting and facilitation skills for coaching technical and business teams in Agile adoption and improvement
- Conflict management skills
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships across organization levels
- Excellent presentation and training skills
- Fluency in English
