In this role you drive AI-enabled transformation across Saatchi’s workflows, partnering with creative, strategy, media, and client teams to identify automation opportunities and deploy scalable, high-impact AI solutions. You shape adoption of Copilot Enterprise and the Publicis AI Stack, boosting efficiency, clarity, and creative quality. You will build, test, and operationalize agentic workflows, while ensuring governance and responsible-AI standards. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a clear impact on how the agency delivers world-changing work.

Responsibilities

Conduct structured workflow assessments to identify automation opportunities
Develop an AI opportunity roadmap aligned with goals
Design, build, test, and deploy agentic AI solutions using Copilot Enterprise and Publicis AI Stack
Create automations for content generation, research synthesis, reporting, data extraction, personalization
Document solutions, testing protocols, deployment guidelines, and maintenance plans
Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and adoption pathways with governance in mind
Develop training, onboarding, and enablement sessions for AI tools
Produce playbooks, templates, cheat sheets, and instructional guides for adoption
Track ROI, usage metrics, time-savings, and quality improvements
Present progress to agency leadership and cross-functional partners
Ensure deployments align with governance and compliance policies

Key requirements

Hands-on experience building AI or automation solutions, including agentic workflows and LLM-based tools
Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or similar platforms
Knowledge of Gemini or other agentic tools for deployment
Strong prompt-engineering abilities (structured instructions, chains, multi-step logic)
Experience analyzing workflows to identify automation opportunities
Ability to conduct ROI analyses and business cases
Experience documenting solutions and refining tools based on feedback
Ability to develop training materials and onboarding documentation
Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
Experience in a creative, media, or fast-paced agency environment (preferred)
Ability to manage multiple initiatives from concept to deployment
