In this role you will drive technology-focused client delivery on complex engagements as part of Deloitte's AI & Data team. You design and build Generative AI and agentic solutions using Claude, integrating tools and MCP-based workflows. You’ll deliver design, prototyping, testing, and production rollout components while guiding smaller teams through requirements and design. You’ll monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate clearly with clients and leadership. This is a hands-on, client-facing role at scale, shaping how organizations adopt Claude-powered AI at speed and with governance.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical contact for your workstream and engage client stakeholders
Design and implement Generative AI and agentic solutions using Claude (agent orchestration, tool integration, MCP integrations)
Deliver components across design, prototype, testing, and production rollout
Lead small teams through requirements gathering, design, process mapping, and support-model definition
Monitor progress, identify variances, and take corrective action to protect delivery
Identify risks and mitigations early and maintain client and internal communication

Key requirements

3+ years experience designing, developing, and delivering AI/ML solutions
2+ years hands-on AI/ML development in Python
1+ year producing agentic workflows with orchestration, tool integration, state management, evaluation, guardrails, or human-in-the-loop controls
6+ months hands-on experience with Claude Agent SDK (agent orchestration, tool integration, permissions, MCP integrations)
6+ months production solutions using Anthropic Claude models via native API or cloud platform
6+ months experience applying prompt engineering and related techniques to improve AI solutions
1+ year experience leading project workstreams or engagements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related field
Ability to travel up to 50%
