Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and nurturing guest loyalty
  • Lead and motivate the team, model AEO service standards, and hold staff accountable
  • Recruit, hire and develop capable talent to meet business needs
  • Set clear goals, provide real-time coaching, and recognize outstanding performance
  • Execute daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing and merchandising moves
  • Maintain store safety and asset protection standards and adhere to company policies
  • Ensure Fitting Rooms meet brand standards and guest readiness
  • Support Store Leadership to optimize opportunities and achieve KPI targets
