In Strategy& Automotive, you will lead strategic initiatives across the automotive value chain for top clients, translating complex challenges into actionable plans. You’ll work with cross-functional teams and C-level executives to shape future business directions and drive transformational change. This role blends strategic rigor with hands-on delivery, offering exposure to M&A, business planning, and go-to-market initiatives on a global stage. You’ll contribute to building and scaling the Automotive offering while developing junior talent and advancing client impact. Responsibilities

Lead and deliver projects across the entire automotive value chain (OEMs, suppliers, dealers, fleet owners, investors)
Engage in fast-paced engagements covering corporate strategy, M&A, business planning, project management, and go-to-market strategy
Partner with C-level executives to shape the future of their businesses
Drive thought leadership, client development, and market visibility for the Automotive proposition
Coach, mentor, and inspire junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration

Key requirements

4-6 years of experience in top-tier consulting or leading corporate firm with track record of successful projects
Expertise across corporate strategy, M&A, business planning, program delivery, and go-to-market
Mastery in articulating strategies and insights with precision for global clients
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time management skills
Strong C-level presence, with excellent written & oral communication and influencing skills
Superior analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent academic credentials
Fluent English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
