Responsibilities

Build and scale the Brand Ads business with a long-term commercial and operational plan
Develop strategic FMCG partnerships with global and local brands and align cross-functional teams for integrated growth
Own P&L and growth strategy, unlock monetization opportunities and optimize investments
Drive excellence in endemic media campaign execution with measurable advertiser impact
Shape and develop a high-performing team of senior account managers and collaborate with local HQ and commercial teams
Influence product roadmap, data, and measurement frameworks to enable scalable media performance

Key requirements

5-7+ years in digital or retail media (agency, FMCG, or retail tech)
Proven track record building or scaling a commercial function
Experience managing complex multi-brand portfolios
Demonstrated P&L ownership and profitability in a high-growth environment
Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving ability from boardroom to campaign level
Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and align stakeholders
Data-driven decision-making with balance of analytics and creativity
Passion for advertising innovation, technology, and retail transformation
