Experteer Overview
As an Adult Psychiatrist at LifeStance Health, you will deliver expert psychiatric care in an outpatient setting, using a mix of telehealth and in-person visits. You will work within our clinical team to diagnose, treat, and monitor adults with diverse mental health needs, combining medication management with psychotherapy. Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose patients
- Develop and adjust treatment plans
- Prescribe and monitor medications
- Provide psychotherapy to adults
- Refer for additional treatment as needed
- Complete documentation and maintain records
- Collaborate with other clinicians to coordinate care
- Deliver care via telehealth or in-person
- Maintain patient safety and quality of care
Key requirements
- Fully licensed in one or more US states
- Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC)
- Unencumbered DEA license
- Experience in medication management and psychotherapy
- Experience treating adults with varied mental health needs
