Senior Specialist / Project Manager

In this role, you will manage educational affiliation agreements for 50+ GME programs and 200 annual rotations, ensuring alignment with ACGME reporting and cost data. You will partner with the DIO and GME leadership to maintain current agreements, produce dashboards and institutional reports, and communicate with program leaders and collaborating institutions. You will ensure compliance, address discrepancies between reporting systems, and support onboarding components. This position offers meaningful impact through governance of affiliations and data-driven oversight in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

Manage affiliation agreement preparation and tracking for the GME Office
Ensure agreements comply with ACGME and related requirements
Maintain congruence between ACGME reporting and the residency management system (New Innovations) and assist with GME cost report compliance
Engage with program leadership and external stakeholders
Prepare dashboards and institutional reports on educational affiliations and rotations
Collaborate with GME Onboarding Administrator to confirm professional liability coverage and onboarding components
Undertake special projects as directed

Key requirements

2 years of experience in program administration in health professions training clinical settings or related field
Experience in agreement management (preferred)
Graduate Medical Education experience (preferred)
Bachelor's degree required
TAGME certification (preferred)
