In this role you will provide administrative and programmatic support across City of Hope’s programs, ensuring compliance with ACCME guidelines and smooth operation of enterprise-wide educational activities. You will collaborate with management on budgets, contracts, and regulatory requirements while supporting travel and community partnerships. This is a hands-on coordinating role that helps scale administrative processes and educational initiatives within a national healthcare system. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver impact across the organization and its mission to advance cures.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize educational meetings enterprise-wide
- Coordinate visits with community partners and provide personnel support
- Monitor and maintain regulatory policies per ACCME and institutional guidelines
- Perform program administration, organizational analysis, and budget preparation
- Assist in budget development, data analysis, reporting, and forecast variances
- Contract and grant administration; facilities and personnel support
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of progressively responsible administrative experience and handling multiple projects
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
