Responsibilities
- Manage branch administration and lead administrative associates to support Financial Advisors
- Recruit, onboard, train and manage administrative staff
- Conduct performance reviews and make compensation/promotion decisions
- Educate employees on administrative policies and procedures
- Escalate supervisory issues and follow up with management locally
- Collaborate with Management Team to drive business results
Key requirements
- 3+ years of relevant leadership experience in financial services
- Series 7, 66 and 9/10 licenses
- Ability to work well within a team and partner with multiple divisions
- Motivated, self-directed and driven
- Proven leadership abilities to navigate complex situations
