Responsibilities
- troubleshoot and root-cause complex system issues
- investigate metrics and performance trends
- identify and address operational risks and system defects
- design and implement automation to streamline operations
- provide ongoing troubleshooting and operations support in a 24/7 environment
- escalate and resolve operational concerns in a timely manner
Key requirements
- 1+ years of software development or technical support experience
- experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph
