In this role you will provide multi-disciplined security support for a customer facility, focusing on Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities. You will work within a security-focused team to maintain accountability, process classifications, and support access control and incident response. Responsibilities
- Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence
- Maintain document accountability database and related records
- Process inbound/outbound classified mail and receipts
- Destruction of classified materials
- Process magnetic media for accountability
- Reproduction support for classified materials
- Maintain daily administrative logs for document control
- Assist with inbound/outbound data transfer and file processing
- Maintain customer database contact list
- Assist with inbound/outbound visit notices and escort logs
- Prepare facility access control badges and conduct entry/exit inspections
- Maintain facility access control systems and visitor control logs
- Data entry into the Personnel Access Security System and quota management
- Maintain personnel security files for supported personnel
- Follow and enforce customer SOPs
- Support security awareness and education programs
- Monitor security clearance processing activities with government personnel
- Assist in SAP security compliance inspections
- Implement Top Secret control for accountable materials
- Process and review inbound/outbound classified mail, faxes, and receipts
- Prepare and review PARs for accuracy and eligibility
- Execute SAP Nomination Process questionnaires
- Conduct DCII, JPAS, and SAPNP reviews for SAP access
- Data entry in AFADS and upkeep of sponsored personnel access information
- Conduct indoctrinations
- Provide leadership, mentoring and QA for team members
Key requirements
- 5+ years of related experience
- 2+ years SAP experience required
- U.S. Citizenship
- Current TS/SCI clearance (must obtain TS/SCI with CI poly)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Travel willingness (10–25% within AOR)
- Familiarity with security policy manuals and DCIDs/JAFANs
- Ability to work in dynamic environments with government and industry partners
