Experteer Overview
In this role you will support program protection efforts for advanced technology programs throughout their life cycle. You will work closely with the Government Program Manager to identify critical information, implement countermeasures, and develop risk-based protection strategies. You’ll advise on security requirements for collateral and SAP programs and help align Air Force acquisition processes with security standards. This position offers meaningful impact by safeguarding sensitive resources and shaping security planning across programs.

Responsibilities
- Analyze program life cycle to identify CPI/CSR and vulnerabilities
- Help identify and implement countermeasures
- Develop and implement risk-based PPP and strategy
- Provide security guidance to GSSO and PM on Air Force processes
- Guide contract security requirements feasibility and appropriateness
- Maintain relationships with PM, CO, and contractor security officers for DD Form 254
- Support PPP development, execution, and implementation for customer
- Assess threats and risks and define long-term action plans
- Assist in writing OPSEC plans, transition plans, and other security documents
- Review program docs for public release and proper CUI markings
- Analyze foreign intelligence threats related to customer programs
- Produce analytical security products from multiple data sources
- Provide classification guidance for collateral and SAP programs
- Summarize CI reports with potential impact
- Draft/edit SCGs, ECPs, MAPs, SOPs, STPs
- Assist SAP closeout actions when needed
- Develop and deliver security education/training for personnel
- Provide OPSEC support to special programs and related mission elements
Key requirements
- 10+ years of related experience
- US citizenship
- TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI with poly
- Experience with SAP programs (minimum 2 years)
- Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) credits towards experience
- Special Program Security Certification (SPSC) credits towards experience
- Willingness to obtain counterintelligence polygraph
- Extensive knowledge of DD Form 254 and Air Force acquisition processes
