Accounting Manager

In this role you will oversee all accounting operations for a mid-size manufacturing firm, driving accurate monthly close and financial reporting to Private Equity owners. You will balance hands-on accounting work with leadership of a 3–4 person team, ensuring controls and timely reporting. The position supports the controller and contributes to financial planning and cost/inventory awareness within the plant. You will work in a collaborative, growth-focused environment with a hybrid schedule and competitive compensation.
