In this role, you will lead omni-channel marketing initiatives for Automotive clients and shape integrated plans across strategy, creative, and media. You will mentor a team, ensure workflows and objectives align, and cultivate trusted client partnerships at senior levels. You’ll drive growth by identifying new opportunities and elevating the agency’s offerings across traditional and digital channels. This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced, results-driven agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and activate omni-channel marketing strategies for Automotive clients, overseeing strategy, creative, and media plans
- Build strong relationships with senior Automotive clients and maintain regular communication to align expectations
- Anticipate client needs and position the agency to lead with proactive solutions
- Provide day-to-day supervision and coaching to the account team, ensuring the big picture is clear
- Ensure work quality and on-time delivery through review and QA processes
- Monitor client business metrics and discuss trends to inform plans
- Act as brand ambassador and senior business lead internally for assigned accounts
- Identify and implement new approaches across traditional and digital channels to increase retail effectiveness
- Cross-train teams and coordinate cross-functional problem solving and strategic planning
- Develop and present marketing plans and opportunity plans; oversee competitive reporting and business-building efforts
- Prepare client presentations, plans, decks, and reports; lead idea generation for future opportunities
- Lead planning activities with Account Director and SVP; support market and opportunity analyses
Key requirements
- Bachelor in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years as Account Supervisor or Account Manager supporting Automotive clients in a full-service agency
- Experience launching mass communications with deep understanding of media planning and buying (Print, TV, Radio, Digital, Social)
- Automotive and advertising/marketing industry experience
- Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven leadership and managerial abilities
- Understanding of content development and creative activation for digital and traditional production
- Strong writing, presentation and client-facing communication skills
- Good multitasking, networking, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Urgency and ability to deliver quickly
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Computer literacy: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
- A “DO IT NOW” mentality
