In this role you will manage and grow a customer portfolio, combining relationship-building with strategic sales in the energy solutions space. You will engage with customers on both operational and strategic levels, identify market opportunities, and translate technical needs into tailored quotes. You’ll work closely with engineering to deliver customised solutions and drive the end-to-end sales process. As part of a market-leading team, you will help increase visibility and position the company as a total solutions partner. This is a chance to influence customer outcomes and contribute to sustainable, reliable energy solutions.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a customer portfolio at operational and strategic levels
- Drive commercial growth by sourcing new customers and translating market opportunities into sales processes
- Provide technical guidance, translating engineering considerations into quotes and orders
- Prepare quotations, manage the sales funnel, and negotiate contracts
- Increase market visibility and position the company as a total solutions partner
Key requirements
- 5+ years selling complex B2B projects (HBO/WO level) in energy technology
- Extensive knowledge of engines/generators and emergency power/energy technology
- Proactive in building and maintaining customer networks
- Results- and solution-oriented with strong customer focus
- Strong communication in Dutch and English
- Assertive, analytical, commercial, and persistent
