In this role you will serve as the primary liaison for enterprise clients, driving strategic account plans and revenue growth. You collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. You’ll monitor health metrics, conduct business reviews, and lead renewals to maximize retention and value. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned enterprise accounts and manage relationships with key stakeholders
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success) to deliver integrated solutions
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients
  • Monitor account health metrics, address issues, and implement retention strategies
  • Lead contract negotiations and renewal processes to secure favorable terms and achieve revenue targets

Key requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; or equivalent professional experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, client relationship management, or business development
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and achieving revenue growth
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with C-level engagement
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics) and data tools (Excel, Tableau)
