Experteer Overview

As Strategic Growth Manager at Compass, you drive net-new revenue by recruiting top-producing agents to join our end-to-end real estate platform. You will meet decision-makers in the field, evangelize Compass’s value (technology, marketing, culture, growth), and manage a quota-driven pipeline. This onsite role in Philadelphia blends field relationship-building with office collaboration to accelerate market expansion and agent acquisition. You’ll operate in a dynamic, high-IQ, high-EQ environment that rewards empathy, decisiveness, and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new revenue by bringing top-producing agents or agent teams to Compass
  • Sell the Compass value proposition (technology, marketing, culture, growth) to decision-makers
  • Build and maintain relationships with agents in the field to support conversions
  • Lead client meetings and presentations to articulate benefits and close deals
  • Meet quarterly GCI-based quota and manage the sales cycle end-to-end
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth transitions for new agents

Key requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. with 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
  • Self-starter with good judgment and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with multi-tasking and deadline management
  • Proven track record across strategic, operational, and detail-oriented responsibilities
