Experteer Overview

In this role you will drive new business in the Nordics by converting leads and creating opportunities on regional and global accounts for Criteo’s AI-powered advertising solutions. You’ll balance remote and in-person client engagement, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and use advanced sales tools to meet revenue targets. You’ll build strategic, multi-product pitches for mid-sized and enterprise clients, shaping how brands connect with consumers.

Responsibilities

  • Convert leads and generate new opportunities on regional/global accounts
  • Plan and execute action plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with BDRs to research prospects and craft outreach strategies
  • Engage via cold-calling, video calls, and prospecting tools to boost conversion
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Legal, account managers, product specialists)
  • Build and maintain a clear, proactive sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Engage in thought leadership and market updates through events and social selling

Key requirements

  • 2+ years in advanced consultative selling with a strong track record in technology sales
  • Experience closing deals at C-level in AdTech/MarTech, multi-product sales
  • Ability to pitch multiple AdTech products aligned to marketing goals
  • Familiar with Sandler, SPIN or MEDDIC sales methodologies
  • Clear pipeline strategy and regular prospect engagement
  • Strong English and a Nordic language; additional Nordic languages are a plus
  • Ability to break into new Nordic accounts and build market presence
  • Data-driven decision-making and excellent communication skills
