As an Account Executive, you drive new logo acquisition in the French market and advance opportunities from demo to close. You’ll collaborate with a 5-person AE team, engage HR and training decision-makers, and shape sales strategies to win deals. The role sits at the heart of our France/EMEA growth, offering a path to broader roles after sustained success. You’ll contribute to the sales playbook and be part of a culture that values collaboration and career development.

Responsibilities

Sign new logos in the French market and manage end-to-end deals
Lead product demos, respond to RFPs, and close opportunities
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline; forecast activity and outcomes
Develop relationships with HR Directors, VP HR, and Training Managers in France/EMEA
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and playbooks
Contribute as a subject-matter expert and participate in internal projects and onboarding processes

Key requirements

3+ years of sales experience in SaaS or strategy consulting
Experience delivering complex software demos within the sales process
Ability to establish strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels
Excellent active listening and a team-player attitude
Native French and English proficiency (B2 or equivalent)
Knowledge of HR culture is a plus
Experience with Trello and Salesforce is expected
Ability to handle multi-thread deals and target-driven environments
